Objective items: Exam items/questions that are scored. Item statistics are evaluated for these items.
Survey Items: Items that seek information from exam takers, but are not scored as part of the exam. An example of a survey item: Overall, please rate the testing facility—1 (low) to 5 (high).
Static items: Items that provide directions/instructions or commands to the exam taker. An example of a static item: You have 60 minutes to complete the next 10 questions. Once you select (click) an answer, you cannot revisit the question at a later time.
