Entering keywords for an item
 
In the Rationale tab, you can add keywords for the item, which can be used to search for items. Keywords are not required.
 
To enter keywords for an item:
 
Note: The following shows the rationale tab of a single selection multiple choice item (SSMC). Screens may look different for likert, multiple selection multiple choice items (MSMC), hotspot items, survey items, and static items.
 
1. Navigate to the Rationale tab (highlighted in green, below):
 
 
2. In the Keywords field (highlighted in red, below), enter keywords and phrases for the item, each separated by a semicolon (;). These keywords will be searchable when performing an item search. In the example below, the user has entered five keywords and phrases:
 
 
3. Click the Save button to save all changes.
