Viewing the activity log for an item
 
Whenever users perform activities on items, Pro! logs the activities in the system's Activity Log. The log contains information such as the date/time the event occurred, the username of the person who caused the event to occur (or "system," if the event occurred as a result of system activity), a short description of the type of event that occurred, etc.
 
Note: The following shows the activity log for a single selection multiple choice item (SSMC). Screens may look different for likert, multiple selection multiple choice items (MSMC), hotspot items, survey items, and static items.
 
To view the activity log for an item:
 
 
2. Navigate to the item's Activity tab (highlighted in green, below). All logged activity events for that item will appear in the Activity Event Log Details field (highlighted in red, below):
 
Note: You may rearrange the columns, search, filter, and sort the activities according to the instructions provided in the Tabular Display section.
 
 
3. To view the long comment for an activity event, click the Show Comment link (highlighted in orange, above). The View Long Comment window will appear:
