Viewing comments for an item
 
An item can contain unlimited user comments.  
 
Note: The following shows comments for a single selection multiple choice item (SSMC). Screens may look different for likert, multiple selection multiple choice items (MSMC), hotspot items, survey items, and static items.
 
To view comments for an item:
 
1. Search for and open an item.
 
2. Navigate to the item's Comments tab (highlighted in green, below). All comments for that item will appear in the Previous Comments field (highlighted in red, below):
 
 
3. If the comment contains an attachment, clicking the Download Attachment button will permit the file to be saved to a locally mapped drive.
 
4. If you are authorized, you can delete an existing comment from the item, or enter additional comments to the item.
