Viewing exhibit writing project information

To view a project and project information:

1. In the Workflow menu, click Project Management > Project List:

2. The Project List View screen will appear (see figure below). Click the Project ID hyperlink of the project you wish to view (highlighted in red, below).

Note: You may rearrange the columns, search, filter, and sort the project list according to the instructions provided in the Tabular Display section.

3. The Exhibit Writing Project Management screen will appear (shown below). Navigate through each of the six tabs (labeled in the figure below) to view information related to the project.

A. Details: General information and options for the project.

B. Tasks: Tasks that define how many exhibits are needed for this project.

C. Exhibit Writers: Exhibit writers assigned to the project.

D. Exhibits Submitted: Exhibits that have been created and submitted for this project.

E. Comments: Comments and notes about the project.

F. Activity: Activity and events related to the project.
