1. Navigate to the Comments tab of the Exhibit Writing Project Management screen (highlighted in green below).
2. Enter the comment in the New Comment field (A, above).
3. Adding an attachment to the comment is optional. If desired, click the binoculars icon (B, above) and use the Open dialogue box to upload a document from a locally mapped drive.
4. Click the Attach Comment button (C, above). The comment will be immediately saved to the project.
5. The new comment will appear in the Previous Comments field (D, above).
