Publish exam form groups from the listing page

Note: This feature is only available for use with exam form groups using the Pearson Desktop Edition driver.

Provides the ability to combine multiple exam form groups into the same compiled examination. Each form within each selected exam form group will be published using their corresponding layout and settings.

To publish mulitple form groups from the exam form group list:

In the Workflow menu, click Exam Management > Exam Form Group List:
The Exam Forms Group List screen will appear (shown below), showing a tabular view of all existing exam form groups.

Note: You may rearrange the columns, search, filter, and sort the exam forms group list according to the instructions provided in the Tabular Display section.
Click one or mulitple exam form group rows from the list to select them. Click the Publish Selected EFGs (highlighted in red, above)

Note: If selecting multiple exam form groups then each must contain the same Window assignment
