An Examination Manifest is an Excel report generated from one or muliple forms of an exam form group that will allow the test publisher to verify that the examination matches it's specification.

To create an exam manifest for an exam form group:
Note: An exam manifest can be generated for all driver types and produced for a form group containing any item type.
Open the Exam Forms Group Management page for the exam form group and navigate to its Forms tab (highlighted in green below).
Select one or multiple forms from the Forms Assigned in this Group list and click the Generate Manifest for checked form(s) button (highlighted in red above)
The Browse For Folder dialog will appear. Provide a location on the local machine where the examination manifest file should be saved and click OK.
Pro! will being the generation of the manifest in the Activity Monitor located at the bottom of the Workflow pane. Once completed click the View Output button.
Select the Open Folder Location button from the Manifest Output dialog.
The Excel file will be written to the selected folder location. An example of the output can be found below.
The file contains the following columns:
Window: The window assigned to the exam form group
Form Name: The form name for the item
Form Section: The form section for the item
Sequence Number: The sequence of the item within the form
Master Code: The item's name assigned by the author
Item ID: The item's system id assigned by the system
Answer Key: The item's key
How Used: The status assigned to the item in the form
Contributes to Score: Whether the item will contribute to the exam score as specified in the form
Status: The current status of the item in the system
Classification Value(s): There will be one column for each of the default classifications defined for the section. Any classification values assigned to the classification for the item will be displayed.
