Viewing classifications for an item
 
Note: The following shows classifications for a single selection multiple choice item (SSMC). Screens may look different for likert, multiple selection multiple choice items (MSMC), hotspot items, survey items, and static items.
 
To view the classifications assigned to an item:
 
1. Search for and open an item.
 
2. Navigate to the item's Classifications tab (highlighted in green, below).
 
 
3. The existing classifications will appear in a tabular display (shown above). You may click on a link under the Set column to view the complete hierarchy for that particular classification.
 
4. If you are authorized, you can edit the item's classifications or assign additional classifications to the item.
