Editing an exhibit writing project
To edit a project:
1. In the
Workflow
menu, click
Project Management > Project List
:
2. The
Project List View
screen will appear (see figure below).
3. Click the
Project ID
hyperlink of the project you wish to edit (highlighted in red, below).
Note:
You may
rearrange the columns
,
search
,
filter
, and
sort
the project list according to the instructions provided in the
Tabular Display section
.
3. The
Exhibit Writing Project Management
screen will appear (shown below). Navigate through each of the five tabs (labeled in the figure below) to edit information related to the project.

Details:
General information and options for the project

B.
Tasks:
Tasks that define how many exhibits are needed for this project.
C.
Exhibit Writers
: Exhibit writers assigned to the project.
Within the
Exhibit Writers
tab, you may
email project members
.
D.
Comments:
Comments and notes about the project
.
Note that the Items
Exhibits Submitted tab
and the
Activity
tab
contains data that may not be edited.
