Emailing an exhibit writing project members
 
To email project members:
 
1. Navigate to the Exhibit Writers tab of the Exhibit Writing Project Management screen (highlighted in green below).
 
 
2. Click the Email Item Writers button (highlighted in red, above). The Email Item Writers popup window will appear (shown below).
 
 
3. Select the Email Template you wish to use for this email (click here for information on managing project email templates).
 
4. Select the recipient(s) for the email from the Email To dropdown list (All Exhibit Writers in Project, Exhibit Writers who accepted, etc.). If you choose Specific Exhibit Writers, then you will be prompted to choose which exhibit writers to send the email to.
 
5. Write a subject for the email in the Email Subject field.
 
6. Compose your message in the Email Message field.
 
7. Click the Send button to send the email.
