3. Click a section name (highlighted in red, above) to open the Section Detail screen for that section. In the example below, the user has opened the Anatomy section.
4. If desired, you may edit the Section Full Name and/or Section Abbreviated Name.
5. To add a new classification to the section, click the Click here to add new item button (highlighted in red, above). When the new item appears in the table, select a classification from the dropdown list (highlighted in red, below):
6. To delete a classification, click the trash can icon next to it (highlighted in green, above)
7. Key Balancing for a section is turned on by default. If selected, all SSMC and MSMC items in this section may re-position its answer choices once the Test Developer approval is provided, in order to balance the key distribution. If key balancing is not desired in this section, uncheck this box.
8. Equation Default Word Count defaults to the value of 2, but the default can be reset for the section. This field is used to determine the word equivalent for an equation when calculating the word count of an item or passage. This value will be used for any equation in the section that uses the section default value.
9. Exhibit Default Word Count defaults to the value of 2, but the default can be reset for the section.
