Viewing the activity log for an exhibit
 
Whenever users perform activities on exhibits, Pro! logs the activities in the system's Activity Log. The log contains information such as the date/time the event occurred, the user name of the person who caused the event to occur (or "system," if the event occurred as a result of system activity), a short description of the type of event that occurred, etc.
 
To view the activity log for an exhibit:
 
1. Search for and open an exhibit.
 
2. Navigate to the exhibit's Activity tab (highlighted in red, below). All logged activity events for that exhibit will appear in the Activity Event Log Details field (highlighted in green, below):
 
Note: You may rearrange the columns, search, filter, and sort the activities according to the instructions provided in the Tabular Display section.
 
 
3. To view the long comment for an activity event, click the Show Comment link (circled above). The View Long Comment window will appear:
