Entering tasks for an exhibit writing project
 
To enter tasks for a project:
 
1. Navigate to the Tasks tab of the Exhibit Writing Project Management screen (highlighted in green below), and click the Add Task button to open the Add Exhibit Task popup window:
 
 
2. Select the desired classification (circled above) and click the Add button to add the classification to the project. The Task Name has been added, along with a , the number of Submitted for that classification, the Remaining Needed (number of exhibits still to be authored for that classification), and the Total Requested.  You may edit the Total Requested field (highlighted in red, below).
 
 
3. To add more classifications, click the Add Task button, then follow Step 2, above.
 
4. Click the Save button to save all changes.
