Viewing keywords for an item
 
An item can contain keywords and phrases, which can be used to search for items.
 
Note: The following shows keywords for a single selection multiple choice item (SSMC). Screens may look different for likert, multiple selection multiple choice items (MSMC), hotspot items, survey items, and static items.
 
To view keywords for an item:
 
1. Search for and open an item.
 
2. Navigate to the Rationale tab (highlighted in green, below). The keywords (highlighted in red) are found beneath the rationales.
 
 
3. If you are authorized, you can edit the item's keywords.
