As you type text, Pro! automatically spell checks for you. The system underlines unknown/misspelled words with a wavy red line:
To instruct the system how to handle a misspelled/unknown word:
1. Right-click on the word to open the spell check pop-up menu:
2. Perform one of the following actions:
A. Replace your word by clicking one of the system's boldfaced suggestions.
B. Add your word to the custom dictionary by clicking Add to Dictionary.
C. Tell the system to Ignore your word, without adding it to the custom dictionary.
3. You can also perform the above actions (replace, add, or ignore) by clicking the Spelling... option on the pop-up menu to open the Spell checking dialog box (shown below). Once there, you can also edit your custom dictionary by clicking the Edit Custom Dictionary... button to open the Edit Custom Dictionary dialog box and deleting any unwanted entries.
