A poolbook is a logical collection of items that can serve several different purposes. They are the basis from which reviewers perform reviews of items before they become available for use in the field. Poolbooks can also be informally created for obsolescence reviews, quality control reviews, special projects, etc.
Using print poolbook report functionality, item information can be exported to several system-supported file formats.
