If you enter search criteria on one tab, then switch to a second tab to enter more criteria, the criteria on the first tab will be retained. This may be repeated for the each of the search tabs. Every time you switch to a new tab, therefore, you are further refining the criteria for your search, rather than entering brand new criteria for a search.
To clear search criteria on one tab, select the tab then click the Clear Tab button
To clear search criteria on all tabs, click the Clear All Tabs button.
5. Click the SQL Operators button to further refine your search criteria.
6. Click the Search button to display your search results in the Item Search Results window:
7. To modify your search criteria, click the Edit Criteria button. This will return you to the Item Search screen. Enter more search criteria by following Steps 3 through 6, above.
