Creating a poolbook from scratch

To create a poolbook from scratch:

1. In the Workflow menu, click Poolbook Management > Create Poolbook:

2. A blank Poolbook Details screen will appear (shown below). Follow Steps A through D, below, to create the new poolbook:

A. Select a Poolbook Owner from the dropdown list.

B. Enter a unique Poolbook Name for this new poolbook.

C. Check or uncheck the following checkboxes:

The Lock New Items checkbox indicates whether items are automatically locked when they are added to the poolbook.
The Active checkbox indicates whether the poolbook is active or inactive.

D. Click the Save button to save the new poolbook.
