1. Search for a set of items that you wish to create a poolbook from. The example below shows a user's item search results.
2. Either: A) Select the items to be included in the new poolbook from the results list or, B) If no items are selected by the user, the entire result set will be selected by the system. Then select Create/Add to Poolbook from the Select One dropdown list, and click the Execute button:
3. The Create/Add To Poolbook dialog box will appear (shown below). Click the New radio button and enter a name for the new poolbook in the Poolbook Name field (highlighted below).
4. Click the Lock New Items checkbox if you want to lock the items when they are added to this new poolbook.
