The bulk update process allows the user to update multiple items with the same data change. To avoid mass changes that are difficult to undo, Pro! provides a preview feature for every bulk update. The preview temporarily makes the change(s), and then displays a status report showing the original item list and the status of the attempted change for each item. The status report also shows whether the update would fail on some items.
