2. In the Status dropdown list (highlighted in red, below), choose a new status for the item:
3. If you choose a status of Rejected, the following message will appear:
4. Click the OK button. The Rejection Dialog box will appear:
5. Select one or more rejection reasons in the Reasons list.
6. Add any comments in the Comment field. Note that if you choose Other as a rejection reason in Step 5, above, you must enter a comment in the Comment field.
7. Click the Close button. You will return to the item. Note that at any time, you may modify the rejection reasons by clicking the new Rejection Reasons button (highlighted in red, below) that appears in the left column:
