Creating a static item
Static items are pieces of text that provide information or instructions to the exam taker.
Pro! supports four different types of static items:

Direction item: Text that provides directions (instructions) to the exam taker.

Break item: Text that informs the exam taker when to take a break.

NDA item: Text that describes a Non-Disclosure Agreement between the exam taker and the certification program.

NDA Refusal Letter item: Text that describes the exam taker's Refusal Letter of the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
