User-defined fields (UDFs) capture customized data about an item.
To view data in UDFs for an item:
1.
Search for and open
an item.
2. Navigate to the item's
UDFs
tab (highlighted in green, below).
3. If you are authorized, you can
edit the data in the UDFs
.
