Importing UDF assignments
 
The UDF assignment import allows you to update the User Defined Fields of multiple items. The process includes loading the user defined field data and executing the import.
 
To import UDF Assignment data:
 
1. In the Workflow menu, click Data Management > Import UDF Assignment:
 
 
2. When the Import UDF Assignment screen appears (shown below), click the Browse button to find (on your local or network drive) and select the CSV file to import:
 
 
3. The selected file location will be populated in the import file field.  Click the Import UDF Assignment button to import the identified file.
 
 
4. After the data is imported, click the View Output button in the Activity Monitor:  
 
 
5. The Import UDF Assignment Results window will appear (shown below). Each item with valid UDF data is updated.
