The Pro! navigation pane (shown below) is comprised of the following areas:
Workflow. This main menu provides access to all tasks and processes within Pro! to which you have access. Click a grey heading area to expand the menu, and then click on an individual menu selection to launch the task or process (circled in green in figure to left).
Common Tasks. This menu contains access to frequently-performed tasks and processes within Pro! to which you have access.
Activity Monitor. When you perform a task that results in an output (e.g., a report), a link to the output item appears in the Activity Monitor. In the example below, the user has run a report called "KeyDistributionReportByItemId." To open the report, you would click the View Output button in the Activity Monitor.
