1. Navigate to the Classifications tab of the Item Writing Project Management screen (highlighted in green below). Any section with classification sets selected for the project will appear in the Classification Sets pane highlighted in yellow with a selected value count displayed.
2. Click the plus signs to drill down to the classification set within the section.
3. Click the classification set to display the set values in the Available Values pane. Any branch with value selections will have its box checked. Click the plus signs to drill down to view its leaf node selections.
3. Remove a classification value assignment (those identified with a green checkmark) from a project by clicking the checkbox for that value. The box becomes unchecked and the classification value becomes unassigned.
4. To add additional classifications to the project follow the instructions found here.
5. Setting new or existing classification set to be identified as required by clicking the Require Assignment icon (highlighted in red, below). This will require item writers to assign a selected value for this classification set when authoring an item.
6. The following page controls (labeled in red in the figure below) allow for easier viewing and selection of the available classification set values.
A. Expand...: Clicking this presents the following dropdown selections for expanding the available values tree.
All - Expands all branches to their leaf nodes. All available values will be shown.
Selected - Expands only the branches that have selections. All other branches are displayed at their highest level values.
None - Collapses the tree to display only the highest level values.
B. Show...: Clicking this presents the following dropdown selections for controlling which branches the available values tree are displayed.
All - Displays all branches of the tree.
Selected - Displays only branches that have selected values. Displays warning that there are hidden values available.
C. Select...: Clicking this presents the following dropdown selections for the selecting of available values from the tree.
All - Selects every leaf node in the the classification set.
