Score Report Management
To create a score report, you must
author
the report,
classify
the report to specific section(s) of the item bank catalog, enter
comments
, and enter
data
into user-defined fields for the item.
Note:
While creating a score report, you may wish to
preview and print it
.
To create a score report:
1. In the
Pro! Workflow
menu, click
Score Report Management > Create Score Report
:
2. The
Create
score report screen will appear (see figure below), and will default to the
Content
tab.
3. Navigate through each of the following four tabs (labeled in the figure below) to complete the score report:
A.
Content:
Author the content of a score report
.
B.
Classifications:
Assign specific classifications to a score report
.
C.
Comments:
Enter comments about a score report
.
Note that the
Activity
tab contains data about
existing
score reports, and is not used to
create
a score report.
