1. Navigate to the Poolbooks tab of the Review Project Management screen (highlighted in green, below), and click the Add Poolbooks button (highlighted in red, below)
2. The Add Poolbooks to Review Project pop-up will display a list of poolbooks that contain items matching the project selection. Select a poolbook from the list and click the Add Poolbooks button (highlighted in red, below).
3. After clicking Add Poolbooks, the added poolbook will appear in the Poolbooks tab (highlighted in red, below):
5. Repeat Steps 1 through 3, above, to add more poolbooks to the project.
6. Click the Save button to save all changes.
Note: The order of the items within the poolbook determines the order that the items are presented to the Primary and Secondary reviewers within the project. That item order can be managed within the poolbook.
