1. Search for a set of items that you wish to add to a poolbook. In the example below, the user has decided to add the entire result set to a poolbook.
2. Either: A) Select the items to be added to the poolbook from the results list, or, B) If no items are selected by the user, the entire result set will be selected by the system. Then select Create/Add to Poolbook from the Select One dropdown list, and then click the Execute button.
3. The Create/Add To Poolbook dialog box will appear (shown below). Click the Add to Existing radio button and select an existing poolbook from the Add Items to Poolbook dropdown list (highlighted below):
4. Click the Submit button. The Add Items to Poolbook Results window will appear, showing the results:
