Process status
 
The process status page is a historical listing of user requested processes within the system.  It allows the user to see the process requested, the settings used, the results of the process and a way to download those results to a report on their local machine.
 
To view the Process Status list:
 
1. In the Workflow menu, click User Activities > Process Status:
 
 
2. The Process Status screen will appear (shown below), showing a tabular view of all process requests.
 
Note: You may rearrange the columns, search, filter, and sort the activity list according to the instructions provided in the Tabular Display section.
 
 
3. The Process Status column will reflect the status of Active while a process is still running.  This may be a few seconds or a few minutes.  Once the process is complete and results available the status will be updated to Ended Successfully.
 
4. Clicking the Show Settings hyperlink will show open the Process Settings dialog that reflects the setting selected for the process that was run.
 
 
5. Clicking the Show Results hyperlink will open the Process Results dialog showing the output of the requested process.
 
 
6. Clicking the Download Results hyperlink will download the results as an Excel spreadsheet to the Downloads folder of the local machine.  The Download Complete dialog will open on completion of the report file offload.  Clicking OK will open the file's folder on the user's machine.
